These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KURDISTAN ONE NETWORK online shop (the “Store”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases.

  • When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your login details secure.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Orders and Contract

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart under these Terms.

  • Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt but do not guarantee acceptance.

  • KURDISTAN ONE NETWORK may accept or cancel an order at its discretion, including in cases of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a refund for the affected items.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Duties

  • All prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Store and may change at any time without notice.

  • Shipping costs and any applicable sales taxes or VAT will be displayed at checkout.

  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may be charged by local authorities; these are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Products are shipped from our fulfillment locations using third‑party carriers. Estimated delivery times shown on the Store are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned or requires re‑delivery due to an incorrect address.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Cancellations

  • Because many items are produced or packed specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color preference. Please review size guides carefully before ordering.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and clear photos or proof of the issue.

  • After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected item(s) at our discretion.

  • Requests to cancel or modify orders can only be honored if production or shipping has not yet started.

6. Product Information and Availability

  • We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, and descriptions accurately, but cannot guarantee that your screen will show colors precisely.

  • Product availability, designs, and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Store, including designs, logos, graphics, text, and images related to KURDISTAN ONE NETWORK and its products, is owned or licensed by KURDISTAN ONE NETWORK and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Store for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

  • KURDISTAN ONE NETWORK does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free operation of the Store, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • KURDISTAN ONE NETWORK will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Store or purchase of products.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KURDISTAN ONE NETWORK from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Store.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

  • Any dispute arising from or relating to the Store or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, New York, unless mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top will be revised.
Continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
