We ship orders worldwide from our partnered warehouses located in multiple regions. Available shipping options and prices for your address are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery details.
Some destinations may have limited shipping methods or longer transit times due to local postal services, customs procedures, or other regional conditions.

Orders are typically processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 1–4 business hours after payment is confirmed.

During peak periods, holidays, or due to high demand, processing may take longer. If we expect a significant delay, we will do our best to inform you.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, selected shipping method, and warehouse location. Typical delivery windows:

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, or other factors outside our control.
4. Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package is scanned by the carrier.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address, the package may be returned or held by the carrier.

If the package is returned to us or our logistics partner, we can reship it once a correct address is provided. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If you choose not to reship, a partial refund may be issued excluding original shipping costs and any return fees charged by the carrier.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Shipments
If your order appears significantly delayed or tracking has not updated for an extended period:

Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office or pickup point.

We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.
Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered; in such cases we will review situations individually and may request a delivery confirmation or claim with the carrier.
9. Multiple Shipments
Depending on product availability and warehouse locations, items in the same order may ship in separate packages.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
