1. Our Products and Warehouses
KURDISTAN ONE NETWORK ships from partnered warehouses located in several regions worldwide to serve customers as quickly as possible. Product availability, delivery times, and return routes may vary depending on your location and the warehouse that fulfills your order.
2. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our logistics and international shipping, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size or fit chosen

Change of mind about color, design, or product

General buyer’s remorse
Please check size charts and product details carefully before placing an order.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will correct the issue.
To report a problem:

Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date if the package is missing).

Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of:

The item showing the problem

The packing slip and outer packaging, if available

After reviewing your request, we may, at our discretion:

Send a replacement item, or

Issue a refund for the affected item(s)
Items damaged through normal wear and tear, improper care, or misuse are not eligible.
4. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If tracking shows that your order is significantly delayed, has not moved for an extended period, or is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

First, check with neighbors, building management, and your local post office or pickup point.

If the package is still missing, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate with the carrier and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.
5. Incorrect Address and Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned to our warehouse or shipping partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or because it was not collected from a pickup point:

We can reship the order once a correct address is provided.

Additional shipping costs may apply and must be paid before reshipment.
If you decide not to reship, a partial refund may be issued excluding original shipping and any return or handling fees charged by the carrier.
6. Color and Minor Variations
Product photos are for illustration purposes. Small differences in color, positioning of artwork, or other minor variations may occur between displayed images and the item you receive due to screen settings, production tolerances, and stock from different warehouses. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
